1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Dise Labs LLC (“we”, “us”), the operator of the Yup Nope app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. The app uses the age range verified by Apple or Google to keep minors out.

3. What the app is — and is not

• The app shows information about event markets listed on Kalshi, a regulated US exchange, together with related market data (for example a bitcoin price index) and our own analysis.
• You cannot place trades or orders in the app, and we are not a broker, exchange, or adviser. We never hold money or connect to your trading account.
• We are not affiliated with Kalshi, CF Benchmarks, Apple or Google. Their names and marks belong to them.

4. Not advice

Everything in the app — odds, charts, indicators, and any AI-generated call or explanation — is general information for education and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or betting advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. AI-generated content can be wrong. A track record shows past results only and does not predict future ones. Decide for yourself, and consider professional advice, before you trade anywhere.

5. Market data

Data in the app comes from third parties and is shown as quickly as we can, but it may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete or incorrect. The app labels data as Live, Delayed or Replay; even live data can lag the exchange. Do not rely on the app for trading decisions. The official terms, prices and results of any market are those published by the exchange.

6. Your account

The app creates a guest account automatically; you may later sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your phone secure — anyone using your phone can use your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account).

7. Pro subscription

What Pro includes. Pro shows the AI’s live call for each hour, its reasoning, every update it makes during the hour, and the AI desk. Without Pro you still see the markets, the charts and lenses, the AI’s full track record, and every call once its hour has closed. Pro does not make the calls right — calls can be wrong, and Pro is not financial advice (section 4).

Free day. New subscribers can get one free day, once per person: it is limited to one per account and one per payment card. You need a valid card to start it. When the free day ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the price shown before you started — unless you cancel before then. The exact time and amount of the first charge are shown before you confirm.

Billing. Pro renews automatically every week (or the period shown when you subscribe) and is charged in advance, in US dollars, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Cancel any time, online. In the app: Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops all future charges; Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for (or the end of your free day). Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.

Refunds. Charges are not refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email support@yupnope.app and we will look at it.

Where. Pro is offered to users in the United States. Subscriptions are sold by us through Stripe, not through Apple’s or Google’s in-app purchase.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, record, resell or redistribute the app’s data feed or content, or access it other than through the app;
• reverse engineer, overload, probe or attack the app or our servers, or get around rate limits or other protections;
• use the app unlawfully, or to harm others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Our rights

The app, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms.

10. Third-party services

Sign-in with Apple or Google, the app stores, and the sources of market data are run by third parties under their own terms, which you must also follow where they apply.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may change, suspend or end the app or your access to it, for example to comply with law or our data providers’ terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute with us, please first email support@yupnope.app and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If we can’t, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

16. If you got the app from Apple’s App Store

• These terms are between you and us only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Your licence (section 9) lets you use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by those Apple terms, including Family Sharing where applicable.
• We alone are responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
• If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app; any other claims, losses or costs from such a failure are our responsibility.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
• If a third party claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.
